Refund policy
We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items.
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us at helpvoltedge@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photo evidence of the issue.
Damages and issues — Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items — We do not accept returns for items that are not defective or incorrectly shipped. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges — Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items. Contact us at helpvoltedge@outlook.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period — If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at helpvoltedge@outlook.com.
