For $5.99, you get:

How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically take 5-12 days for delivery. Please note that these are estimates and may vary based on unforeseen events.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
Duties and taxes are generally included in the shipping cost. In rare cases, additional local charges may apply depending on your country. If you receive any communication from customs, please contact us with your order number.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Once packages leave our fulfillment center, they become the responsibility of the carrier. However, our Customer Support Team will do their best to help resolve any shipping issues. If you selected Priority Processing with Insurance, your package is fully covered.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your mailing address during checkout. Contact our support team immediately if you notice an error. We cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to customers worldwide with free shipping on all orders.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items. If you received a damaged or wrong product, contact helpvoltedge@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery.
What condition must items be in for returns?
Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or incorrectly shipped. Items must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue.

What items cannot be returned?
